The rate of scam and phishing websites is on increase in Africa and most especially in Nigeria. Individuals report cases of malware attacks and hacks leading to loose of funds and privacy especially in the blockchain ecosystem. This affects the blockchain adoption in Africa and especially in Nigeria as it is seen as a scam platform. Individuals find it hard to trust any online or internet activity that it money related. This equally slows down the Cryptoeconomy state of this side of the continent.

In order to solve the above issue. Confirm in partnership with KAD ICT Hub Kaduna. Is working to fight this malicious activities affecting the cryptocurrency economy through AMLT Network. The AMLT Network will be made available at the Africa Blockchain Hub Kaduna. Confirm will held solve scams and malicious activities affecting the cryptocurrency economy with the AMLT network through which individuals who make reports will be rewarded with AMLT tokens on confirmation of the validity of the report made. First Stage of training will be made available for AMLT community to know how to dictate such activities and also report same with the help of AMLT Network.

“Our goal is to increase awareness of not only the threats, but also the way these threats can be eliminated. For this purpose, we create an AMLT Network, we teach how to report frauds through it and, above all, how to recognize them” said Paweł Kuskowski, Co-founder and CEO of Coinfirm.

Co-Founder and CEO of the KAD ICT Hub Yusuf Bashir also said

With this, the rate of online scams will be reduced and individuals enlightened on how to prevent this scams and report such to AMLT Network for fast and speedy solutions.
