‘Crypto Aid Israel’ A Web3 Non-Profit Organisation, Has Raised Almost $200,000

    Since the start of the non-profit organisation, over 30 web3 companies have joined to lend their support to the victims of the Hamas attack.

    Influential Members of the Israeli web3 came together to form a non-profit organisation to raise help for the victims of the attack that happened on October 7. The organisation has since then received almost $200,000 from various web3 companies. They made this known via their X handle.

    Some projects that have joined the movement include crypto wallet providers Zengo, Fise, Wonderland and Psagot Equity.

    The team lead of Crypto Aid Israel, Tim Freed, in response to the show of love by the crypto community, promised to handle the raised funds with transparency and ensure that it is directed to the victims of the Hamas attack.

    He also added that crypto has been instrumental in helping the victims access funding quickly

    “We are deeply humbled by the outpouring of support from the global crypto community. Together, we have made significant strides in our mission to assist those affected by the recent wave of Hamas terrorism. The completion of two rounds of aid distribution shows how crypto can be used as a force of good in the world”
