Keybase.io starts a new procedure to enable new users to qualify for the stellar lumen airdrop. Each user will receive XLM token worth over $20 at press time.
All users who are yet to be qualified can now qualify with their phone numbers. You must join Keybase, which is free and open source. And you must prove you’re a real human, by receiving an SMS.
Only countries which is listed as qualified countries can participate. Keybase Nigerian users are qualified to participate. These countries according to keybase has not disturbed the airdrop system. The listed countries is always subjects to update.
