The Nigeria Presidential Election is drawing near. Many Presidential Candidates are contesting for the seat of the President. Among these candidates is the formal Deputy Governor of the Central Bank Of Nigeria (2009 – 2014), Muoghalu Kingsley. The Presidential Candidate from the Young Progressive Party has expressed his vision of utilizing the Information Technology sector of the economy to drive up the country’s economic growth. Due to the present economic chaos which the country is currently in, under the leadership of President Muhammad Buhari.
Muoghalu Kingsley is an advocate of the wide adoption and utilization of the Blockchain Technology to speed up the country’s Technology and Economy. This is a very big move for Nigeria which is currently the top ranked economy power house Africa. The country adopting Blockchain Technology will be a very good move and a big blow to her economy.
