Eight African fintech startups have been selected to participate in the latest edition of the GreenHouse Lab Accelerator with one Nigeria crypto exchange fintech startup making the mark.

The accelerator, which is the first-ever pan-African fintech accelerator is an initiative by GreenHouse Capital, a Lagos-based fintech investment fund and platform focused on supporting early-stage startups and entrepreneurs building the next wave of innovative technology companies.
Participating startups will receive $10, 000 direct investment from GreenHouse Capital and be eligible for additional $50, 000 if they go on to be accepted into a top global accelerator.
The list of the selected startups are as follows:
- Chumz (Kenya) – Mobile money-based investments platform
- Collect Africa (Nigeria) – Payment collection platform
- Dojah (Nigeria) – Customer data aggregator
- GetEquity – Startup-focused equity crowdfunding platform
- MyInvest (Nigeria) – Real estate investment platform
- PayHive (Nigeria) – Payments API
- Route (Kenya) – Savings service
- Saclex (Nigeria) – P2P crypto exchange.
The above startups will be on a 6-week accelerator program that will also see them get product credits from world-class corporate partners such as Amazon Web Services and Google for Startups and an exclusive public relations strategy session with InsiderPR.
The program will also include mentorship sessions with the founders of Y Combinator-backed companies including:
- MarketForce
- Mono
- Wallets Africa.
