Kenyan based fintech startup and crypto service provider AZA Finance, formerly known as BitPesa announces available BitPesa jobs open for hiring for various roles.
There are twelve Aza finance jobs available for applicants in the following cities:

Position: People Operations Lead (Lagos, Nigeria):
Job Description: As the POL personnel, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and procedures.
Position: Engineering Team Lead (Nairobi, Lagos).
Job Description: You are responsible at innovating, developing, maintaining and contributing to the existing AZA codebase and its associated applications. A skilled Ruby on Rails Development to join its rapidly growing team in one of its offices.

Position: Client Relations Manager (Lagos, Nigeria).
Job Description: As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading AZA’s Account Management/Inside Sales team. You are to guide your team in growing the company to user and providing positive customer service.
Position: Head of Product – BitPesa Product (Lagos, Nigeria).
Job Description: The Head of Product will lead BitPesa, the company’s top crypto product. You are to focus on Bitcoin products and the engineering headquarters located in London. You are to work with distributed teams in Lagos, Nairobi and remote colleagues across the UK.
Position: Regulatory & Licensing Manager (Nairobi, Lagos).
Job Description: The successful candidate will be a project managing and executing champion, partnering with internal stakeholders in legal, finance, analytics, product and other teams, to ensure that Square is compliant with applicable requirements.
Position: Head of Finance (Lagos, Nigeria).
Job Description: He is to ensure the availability of all financial information needed to support management and other stakeholders in strategic decision-making. He is responsible at ensuring monthly and annual tax with the statutory reports are submitted in time. He is to manage external audits exercise, and ad hoc projects.
Position: Compliance Lead & MLRO (Kampala, Uganda).
Job Description: The candidate is expected to be an expert in Financial Crime and an AML expert. He is expected to bring financial crime and AML operations up to speed. The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of the remittance and payments patterns, criteria and a passion for disruptive technology.

Job Description: As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for sourcing, qualifying and closing sales leads in Ghana market for AZA’s cross-border payments service and internal criteria.
Position: Sales Manager (Lagos, Nigeria).
Job Description: Responsible for sourcing, verifying and closing sales leads in Nigeria (primarily) and other West African markets for AZA’s cross-border payments service.
Position: Sales Manager (Ivory Coast).
Job Description: Responsible for sourcing, verifying and closing sales leads in Côte d’ivoire (primarily) & other West African Francophone markets for AZA’s cross-border payments service
Position: Sales Manager (Dakar, Senegal).
Job Description: Responsible for sourcing, verifying and closing sales leads in Senegal (primarily) & other West African Francophone markets for AZA’s cross-border payments service.
Position: Head of Sales (Kampala, Uganda):
